Who get the rose ... elephant or ME?

One day I received a call from a friend and he would like me to meet the second largest telecommunications company in America and have an office in the Kingdom and they would like to expand their services in Saudi market, as their sales numbers is very weak and would like our company to cooperate with it to increase it.

I am a fan of the facts that are heard in my ears and perceived by the eyes of the stakeholders and not by others.

The meeting was determined by the hotel near my house. We were three people. What was expected was has been happened, the man was polite but he speaks of the company arrogance, they’re global, arrogance capabilities, their size of its projects, their staff quantities, arrogance huge sectors that they proposed, the international companies that they cooperate with.

So ... I listened quietly till the gentleman finished his words, after that I told him what about our Saudi market, how you see it?

With this question, he returned to the reality that he’s living in. After this question, he started crying and start hunted the weakness of the Saudi market and his inability to understand. After he drop on the table all his excuses, and so more he talk, the more I saw the solution in front of me forming like the game of puzzle, so after he finished I advised him with the solution that sow as effective for the pain they’re suffering from. And during my speech I saw with my friend and the gentleman eyes their conviction of my opinion. And the most frequent doing in such cases & to give an example remains in mind, to let them benefit personally and for the company through which is the origin of the How bring the rose, elephant or ME?

I said that I will give a principle that I’m using all the time:

Imagine that we’re in a garden all around is a green grass and only there’re a path like a "+" in the middle of the garden with one Rose, and your target goal is to bring the rose at the lowest costs.

And don’t forget that my size is a natural person and you size is an elephant size. So, if you go by yourself to collect the Rose you will destroy the path and the green grass and the garden, and same will happened once you collected and you want to come back!!

So, the best solution for you that you use me as my size is small to collect your goal and return without any dependencies and losses resulting.

Little Man: To cooperate commercially with a local company that knows

the market at the lowest cost on your company shoulder.

Elephant: Is the global giant company.
